Taking the Manual Calculation Out of Set-Up with Automatic Media Gap Adjustment
Free-up more of your production time with automatic gap adjustment. What was previously a fully manual process that required multiple tests and adjustments, is now an automated feature that uses the TrueVIS optical registration technology to determine gaps, adjust, and calibrate.
Roland TrueVIS TR2 Inks
True Rich CMYK Color 3 and TR2 inks combine vivid color with smooth gradations and neutral grays to achieve more detailed skin tones and super-smooth color transitions. Greenguard Gold certified TR2 Ink (CMYK) combines with new True Rich Color 3 for exceptional color quality. Certified for low-emission printing, TR2 ink is exceptionally scratch resistant and durable up-to three-years outdoors without lamination.
Shipping and Delivery Requirements:
PLEASE NOTE: You must be able to receive a freight shipment. In most cases, this printer can be delivered via a lift-gate. However, it's the buyers responsibility to determine if they can receive the shipment via lift-gate before purchase. If lift-gate is not available, you must have available on-site a suitable forklift or reach truck with extended forks and trained operator in order to unload the cargo. Buyer assumes all responsibility for delivery and delivery costs, additional services, handling fees, equipment rentals, or any additional costs associated with transport of the cargo (to include re-routing, inside delivery, or returns).

Roland Care Onsite Service
When purchasing your printer from USCutter, you will be selecting the required Roland Care Onsite Service (RCOS) package for your SG3-540 printer. Upon ordering, you’ll receive communication regarding your shipment, site preparation and the scheduling of your technician.
Roland Care Onsite Service Includes:
- Hardware Assembly
- Ink and Media Set-up
- Printer and Cutter Calibrations
- Software Connections
- Basic Training: Connecting to a computer, setting up new media, printing a test file, performing manual maintenance
** Please note: Buyer is responsible to provide assistance to certified technicians on-site as it pertains to lifting and moving the equipment into position and/or mounting it to the stand. 3-4 able bodied people will be required. Roland RCOS installations are provided by Bell & Howell **
