USCutter, Inc. has always been pleased to offer our products around the world. The policies below are intended to ensure your order is delivered safely and accurately. When placing an international order, please be sure you follow this policy otherwise your order will not be processed or shipped:

- Please create an account (https://uscutter.com/login.php?action=create_account) to place an order
- International Orders may have extended lead times. Any items that are on backorder or unavailable will be removed from the order and refunded within 72 hours
- Customer will pay all shipping costs before the shipment. Customs duties, insurance, and any other applicable fees outside of the cost of shipping will be paid to the carrier before the product is delivered
- All items are still covered by the USCutter warranty; however, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs to and from the USCutter returns/repair center per the warranty policy.
- USCutter.com may not be able to ship everything on our website outside of the United States. Some vendors may already have distributors in your area so we may not be able to. Some example brands that we can’t ship outside of the U.S. –
- Wide Format HP printers, Graphtec (outside of North America), Roland, Mimaki, UniNet, Sawgrass, any special-order items, liquids, and a few other items
- USCutter.com will gladly ship to any freight forwarder in the United States at the buyer's request.
- Customers are responsible for all shipment costs to the Freight Forwarder.
