Terms and Conditions

Placing orders on implies consent to abide by the terms and conditions below as well as the terms in our Warranty And Returns Policy.


Pricing on is subject to change without notice. USCutter reserves the right to correct pricing on items listed incorrectly and to notify the customer prior to shipping of the item of an additional balance due or offer to cancel the order.


USCutter reserves the right to make corrections without notice - customer groups receiving special pricing are excluded.


Delivery Time

USCutter guarantees orders received by 2:30pm Central Time will be processed the same day and delivered within 5 business days of the order. Business days will be counted starting on the next business day after the order is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders shipped from USCutter warehouses are typically shipped via FedEX Ground service, but some packages weighing less than one pound may be shipped via US Postal Service.

Ship times may be faster than five business days as we have two warehouses located in strategic places to improve shipping speed. Shipping times faster than five days are not guaranteed unless expedited shipping is selected. Orders placed for expedited shipping must be received by 2:00pm Central Time in order to be processed on the same business day. Items received after that time will ship on the next business day.

Shipping Cost

The standard shipping method for most orders is $13.99 flat rate FedEX Ground shipping. Most orders will qualify. Some individual items will require special handling by a freight carrier due to size or weight restrictions. These items will require additional shipping charges. If an item requires special handling it will be noted on the item’s page or USCutter will notify the purchaser within one business day to arrange a special delivery.

Expedited shipping is available on most items at an additional charge.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges will be subject to our Warranty And Returns Policy.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Orders placed on are considered complete and verified by the customer. There is no guarantee that once an order has been placed that USCutter will be able to cancel or modify it. If an order needs to be canceled or changed, contact USCutter Sales immediately at 1-425-481- 3555. Orders that are listed on your “My Account” page as “In Shipping” are not able to be changed or canceled and will be subject to our standard Warranty And Returns Policy.

Backordered and Drop-shipped Items


In the event of a backordered item USCutter will attempt to contact the customer by phone to discuss the issue and options available. Other items on the order will be shipped without delay. If USCutter is unable to contact the customer about the backordered item, it will be cancelled and the cost of the item refunded to the original payment method. Notification of the cancellation will be sent to the email address listed on the order, provided a valid email address has been given.


Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, rather than from a USCutter warehouse. This is called a drop-ship. Items shipped in this way will require an extra business day for processing and could cause up to 1 business day delay in shipping. Most items that require a drop-ship will be labeled as such on the item’s product page on USCutter.

Equipment Issues

USCutter is not responsible for any lost business or material due to equipment issues.
