- Do I have to spend my points as soon as I qualify for a reward?
Our program gives you a lot of flexibility. If you want to redeem an award right away, go for it! But you can also save your points and let them add up over several orders to qualify for bigger and better rewards.
- I made a purchase, when do I get my points?
Points for your purchase are awarded 7 days after your order ships.
- How many points do I get per purchase?
- Do my points expire?
Yes, your points expire 1 year after they are earned. You will get a warning email when your points are close to expiration so you can be sure to use them.
- Once I select “redeem” on a reward, do I have to make a purchase right away?
When you choose to redeem a free product as a reward, those points are deducted from your total and are non-refundable at that point, but you have up to 1 year to order it. For $-off coupons, these don’t expire after being redeemed, they are fulfilled as a credit on your account and can be used on a future purchase of your choosing.
- If I return an item, do I lose my rewards points?
Yes, upon return of an item, your money will be refunded and the rewards points for that purchase will be deducted from your total. If you have already redeemed some points from that purchase, your rewards point could show a negative balance.
- Do my rewards points have any cash value?
Rewards points have no cash value and would not be refunded in the case of a return.
- Can I give my rewards points to someone else?
Sorry, Rewards Points are non-transferrable.
- Do I earn points when I make a purchase using points?
Rewards redeemed do not earn more points. Also, any coupons used do not go toward points. For example, if you made a purchase today of 1 product at price of $50 and used a $10 off coupon then you would earn points on the $40 spent on the order. If you return that product, you would get the $40 back and the points earned on that $40 would be removed from your balance.
- I have multiple accounts; how can I consolidate my points?
Rewards points are non-transferrable between accounts. We encourage you to try to order from the same account each time to build up your points.
- I’ve been a customer for years, shouldn’t I get something for my loyalty?
Thanks for your loyalty! You’ll earn more points on every purchasing going forward. We cannot give rewards points for previous or currently in-progress orders.
- I’m part of a franchise group with our own price list and purchasing agreement, can I participate in the Rewards Program?
Franchise customers do not qualify for the Rewards Program.

USCutter Rewards Policy
By using or enrolling in the Program, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Membership is free and no initial purchase is required in order to become a member. To join, you must complete the process of creating an account, if you have an existing account, you will automatically be enrolled in the rewards program. You can opt of the program by notifying our customer service department at (425) 481-3555.
Abuse of the Program
If USCutter determines that a Program Member has abused any of the Program’s privileges, fails to comply with any of the Program Terms, or makes any misrepresentation, USCutter in its sole discretion, may take such actions as it deems appropriate, including without limitation, suspending such Member’s privileges under the Program, revoking any or all of the points in such Program Member’s Account, and/or revoking the Program Member’s membership in the Program, in each case, with or without advance notice to the Member and without liability to USCutter.
If a Member was awarded points for an offer or promotion in which a Member purchased product(s) in excess of reasonable quantities, the points awarded as a result of that offer or promotion may be forfeited without prior notice and the account may be suspended or closed.
Point Value
Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. The accumulation of points does not entitle the Program Members to any vested rights, and USCutter does not guarantee in any way the continued availability of any reward, redemption level, rebate or any other benefit. USCutter assumes no liability to Members as regards the addition or deletion of items from or for which points can be collected and/or redeemed.
Program Amendments
USCutter in its sole discretion can, restrict, suspend, amend, extend or otherwise alter the Program Terms at any time and without prior notice. If the Program Terms have been updated, USCutter will post the new Program Terms on the Program Website. We encourage Members to review the Program Terms each time they use the Program.
Points are Non-Transferrable
Except as permitted from time to time by USCutter, points cannot be assigned, exchanged, traded, bartered, purchased or given by gift or otherwise sold. Any points so acquired are void. For the avoidance of doubt, such prohibited transfers include transfers upon operation or law upon the death of a Member.
Product Returns
In the event of a return/exchange of any eligible purchase that initially earned points, such points will be deducted automatically from the Account that was used for the eligible purchase. Points will be deducted at the same rate as they were earned.
Upon the return and/or exchange of products awarded through the redemption of points, all redeemed points will be forfeited.
