Shipping and Delivery Requirements:
PLEASE NOTE: You must be able to receive a small freight shipment. In most cases, this printer can be delivered via a lift-gate. However, it's the buyers responsibility to determine if they can receive the shipment via lift-gate before purchase. Buyer assumes all responsibility for delivery and delivery costs, additional services, handling fees, equipment rentals, or any additional costs associated with transport of the cargo (to include re-routing, inside delivery, or returns).

Roland Care Onsite Service
When purchasing your printer from USCutter, you will be selecting the required Roland Care Onsite Service (RCOS) package for your SG3-300 printer. Upon ordering, you’ll receive communication regarding your shipment, site preparation and the scheduling of your technician.
Roland Care Onsite Service Includes:
- Hardware Assembly
- Ink and Media Set-up
- Printer and Cutter Calibrations
- Software Connections
- Basic Training: Connecting to a computer, setting up new media, printing a test file, performing manual maintenance
** Please note: Buyer is responsible to provide assistance to certified technicians on-site as it pertains to lifting and moving the equipment into position and/or mounting it to the stand. 3-4 able bodied people will be required. Roland RCOS installations are provided by Bell & Howell **
