Dual Silicone Platens

Soft silicone heat platen conforms to structured and non-structured hats of all shapes and sizes. The molded lower platen forms to the shape of a hat, eliminating creasing on decorated hats, and created professional results. The unique one-size-fits-all platen eliminates the need to change platens and the expense of additional platens.

Dual Heated Platens

Heat from the lower platen makes application of dimensional emblems and embroidered or leather patches easy with dependable, quality results. Control upper and lower platen heat independently. Reduce heat from the upper platen to protect heat sensitive hats from scorching.
