Product Overview

Gallery DTF Low Migration Transfer Powder

Gallery DTF white powder is engineered to excel in a broad spectrum of environmental conditions. It is tailored to maintain optimal performance when stored or used at a comfortable room temperature with a relative humidity of 35%. However, its versatility extends to both higher and lower humidity levels. One notable advantage of this powder is its remarkably low melting point, which facilitates swift curing and translates to reduced electricity expenses. Additionally, it permits the possibility of lower-temperature garment pressing when paired with Gallery DTF powder. Our finely-textured powder imparts a softer feel while retaining exceptional stretch capability. Vibrant colors are achieved by employing solid white powder or ink as an underlay. Moreover, the built-in resistance to dye migration eliminates the need to switch between white and black powder, a common challenge when utilizing automated shaker machines for powdering and curing films.

Gallery DTF powder is crafted from high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane compounds, ensuring consistent and dependable outcomes on both cold peel and hot peel films.

All Gallery products, including printers, software, films, powders, and inks, are meticulously designed to harmonize with one another, guaranteeing superior results on every occasion.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES:

  1. Oven-cure the powder at 215°F / 100°C for 120 seconds or until it attains a dry and glossy appearance.
(Bottom-heated ovens will necessitate extended curing times since they must first heat the film.)
  2. A properly cured powder should exhibit a texture reminiscent of an orange peel.
  3. Store the powder at room temperature, away from UV light, with a humidity level of 35%.

**WARNING:** DTF powder should exclusively be applied and cured in well-ventilated areas. Avoid inhaling dust or fumes/vapors as prolonged exposure can lead to damage to internal organs.
