Product Overview
The UNINET IColor 560 White Toner Transfer Printer is a versatile desktop digital transfer system designed for businesses producing custom apparel, textiles, hard-surface products, promotional items and specialty graphics. Combining full-color printing with White Overprint and White Underprint capabilities, the IColor 560 lets you produce vibrant transfers for both light and dark materials from one compact toner-based platform.
Unlike conventional CMYK printers, the IColor 560 incorporates White toner into the production workflow, opening the door to applications on dark and transparent materials while supporting a broad range of transfer and non-transfer applications.
The IColor 560's White toner capabilities allow White to be positioned above or below CMYK artwork depending on the application. White Overprint is ideal for textile and apparel transfer workflows, while White Underprint expands production possibilities for compatible non-transfer and specialty applications.
This flexibility allows businesses to produce colorful, opaque graphics for dark and light-colored materials without limiting production to conventional CMYK output.
Produce detailed graphics, crisp text and vibrant transfer artwork at resolutions up to 2400 x 600 dpi. The IColor 560 prints at speeds up to 8 pages per minute on transfer media and up to 26 pages per minute on standard copy paper, making it well suited for on-demand and short- to mid-run production.
The versatility of the IColor 560 allows businesses to expand beyond traditional garment decoration. With the appropriate IColor media, toner and production workflow, the system can be used to customize apparel, accessories, hard surfaces, promotional products and a wide range of specialty applications.
Optional toner configurations further expand the system with dye sublimation, fluorescent colors, Clear, Gold and Silver printing capabilities, allowing one printer platform to serve multiple creative markets.
IColor ProRIP Essentials provides the workflow control required to take advantage of the IColor 560's White toner capabilities. The software supports White Overprint and White Underprint functionality along with color changes, image manipulation and rasterization, giving users greater control over transfer artwork and production.
ProRIP Essentials is designed for compatible Windows computers. Refer to current UNINET software requirements before purchasing or configuring a production computer.
IColor SmartCUT expands the practical output capabilities of the IColor 560 by allowing oversized artwork to be divided into printable sections and reassembled during the transfer process. This makes it possible to produce graphics larger than the printer's standard page size, including oversized and tabloid-plus designs.
The IColor 560 supports high-yield White toner cartridges rated for approximately 7,000 pages at 5% coverage. This higher-capacity White toner capability helps make the system practical for businesses producing on-demand and short- to mid-run transfer work.
Because the IColor 560 uses dry toner rather than liquid ink, it avoids the routine ink-system maintenance associated with many ink-based garment decoration technologies. This makes toner transfer particularly attractive for businesses with intermittent production schedules or those looking for a versatile decoration system that can remain ready for use without daily ink maintenance routines.
Current UNINET specifications list support for Windows 10 and Windows 11. ProRIP and ProRIP Essentials are not compatible with Snapdragon-based processors. Native macOS operation is not supported; UNINET notes that Mac computers require a compatible Windows environment or emulator. Always verify current UNINET software requirements before purchasing a computer specifically for use with the IColor 560.
The IColor 560 is an excellent choice for businesses that want to offer more than conventional full-color garment transfers. Its combination of CMYK + White printing, White Overprint and Underprint workflows, specialty toner options, 2400 x 600 dpi output and included ProRIP Essentials and SmartCUT software creates a versatile platform for producing apparel, promotional products, hard-surface graphics and personalized merchandise.
Its toner-based design is particularly attractive for shops that value flexibility and want to avoid the frequent maintenance routines associated with liquid-ink garment printing systems.
