The Roland TrueVIS MG-640 combines exceptional UV-LED print quality with Roland's legendary integrated contour cutting technology to create one of the most versatile wide-format production systems available. Produce vibrant graphics, durable decals, premium labels, textured prints, backlit displays, packaging prototypes, window graphics, and specialty applications—all from a single production device.
With high-opacity White ink, premium Gloss effects, optional Primer, and expanded color configurations including Red and Orange, the MG-640 allows shops to offer premium products with exceptional color accuracy and unique value-added finishes.
Unlike many competing print-and-cut systems, the Roland MG-640 includes the genuine Roland automatic Take-Up Reel as standard equipment.
Valued at approximately $2,500, the Take-Up Reel automatically winds completed prints during production, allowing operators to run longer print jobs with less supervision while improving media handling, reducing floor contact, and increasing overall productivity.
The MG-640 is engineered for businesses looking to expand beyond traditional eco-solvent printing.
