Because different substrate materials and transfer papers affect the way colors appear on sublimated items, it’s important to adjust the ink output to ensure optimal quality. Sawgrass Print Manager is a software utility that automatically makes those adjustments for you. Print Manager works in the background, managing the flow of color information from your digital artwork to your Sawgrass printer. This reduces wasted ink (saving you money), and ensures the colors on your finished products are as accurate and vibrant as possible.

With both MAC and PC color management solutions and the new Creative Studio online design software, this sublimation system includes everything needed to help you create and print better than ever before. With built-in product templates, thousands of ready-to-use designs, and seamless integration with your Sawgrass printer, Creative Studio takes the frustration out of creation. 2 Year Included Warranty for US Virtuoso Owners

Your SG500 purchase includes a standard 2 year warranty period from the manufacturer. The warranty period starts from the purchase date of the system and covers any hardware defects preventing the good working of the machine. Excluded from this warranty is any malfunction resulting from accidental damage or misuse as well as any damage caused by the usage of non-genuine Sawgrass ink cartridge as well as any non-recommend ink conversions (SubliJet > Chromablast, vice versa).
