Prototype 24-Inch DTF Film Trimmer
Streamline DTF film finishing with this open-box prototype 24-inch DTF Film Trimmer. The machine uses a durable circular blade to quickly and consistently trim DTF film up to 24 inches wide.
The circular blade is rated to provide up to 50,000 cuts. This demonstration unit was operated for only one day at a trade show, and the installed blade has received very little use.

Fixed-Length and Automatic Trimming
The trimmer can operate using a manually entered cutting length or automatically respond to printed trim marks.
Fixed-Length Mode
In fixed mode, the operator can enter the desired cutting length and batch quantity for repeatable trimming. The control panel tracks both the requested quantity and the number of completed cuts.
Dual-Sensor Automatic Mode
Automatic mode uses two sensors that independently read printed trim marks. Requiring both sensors to recognize the trim marks helps minimize the possibility of artwork, graphics, or other marks on the media triggering an incorrect cut.
Adjustable Digital Controls
- Quantity: Sets the number of cuts required for each batch.
- Length: Sets the cutting length when operating in fixed mode.
- Feed Speed: Adjusts the operating speed of the grit feed roller.
- Cutting Speed: Adjusts the speed of the circular blade carriage.
- Trim Space: Controls the area removed around the printed trim marks.
- Endpoint: Adjusts the movement distance of the cutting carriage.
- Offset: Fine-tunes the cutting position relative to the trim marks.
Control Panel Language
The control panel interface can be switched between Chinese and English. Please note that some of the English interface text contains imperfect translations and grammatical errors.
Open-Box Prototype Condition
- The trimmer was set up and used for one day at a trade show.
- It was demonstrated cutting 24-inch-wide DTF film.
- The installed circular blade has received very little use.
- The unit may show minor signs of unpacking, setup, transportation, or demonstration use.

All known stand components have been placed in the shipping crate at no additional charge, but the completeness of the stand cannot be guaranteed. If any stand components are missing, the purchaser is responsible for deciding whether the stand can be safely completed and used.
