ORAJET® 3651RA is a premium intermediate calendered PVC digital print media engineered for vibrant indoor and outdoor graphics applications. Built with a durable 2.75mil blended polymeric PVC film and ORAFOL's RapidAir® air-egress technology, it delivers outstanding print performance while making installations faster and easier.
Designed for sign shops, print providers, and graphics professionals, ORAJET® 3651RA combines excellent image quality, dependable adhesion, and efficient installation for a wide range of commercial graphics applications.
ORAFOL's RapidAir® technology incorporates microscopic air-release channels within the adhesive layer that allow trapped air to escape during installation. This helps installers achieve smooth, bubble-free graphics while reducing installation time and rework.
The technology is especially beneficial for larger graphics, signage panels, decals, and display graphics where traditional adhesive films can be more difficult to apply without air entrapment.
The 2.75mil blended polymeric PVC construction provides excellent dimensional stability and vibrant print reproduction across today's most popular digital printing platforms. The bright white gloss surface produces sharp image detail, rich color saturation, and professional-quality graphics.
ORAJET® 3651RA is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV-curable ink systems, making it a versatile choice for a variety of production environments.
The grey solvent-based permanent adhesive provides strong, dependable adhesion while helping minimize substrate show-through on colored surfaces. Combined with outdoor durability rated up to five years when unprinted, the film offers reliable performance for medium-term graphics applications.
For additional UV protection and abrasion resistance, ORAFOL recommends pairing the film with ORAGUARD® 210 or 215 laminates. For floor graphics applications, ORAGUARD® 250AS anti-skid laminate is recommended. ORAJET® 3651RA is not designed for vehicle wraps or trailer wrapping applications.
