Sharp guillotine blade cuts up to 12 sheets of standard paper or single sheets of heavier paper, vinyl, cardstock etc. Grided heavy duty wooden base creates a sturdy and safe platform. Adjustable Batten keeps paper aligned on two surfaces for the most accuracy.

Instructions:

• Place paper cutter on firm, solid surface to work on.
• Adjust batten to desired paper size.
• Hold paper down firmly with hand away from blade.
• Press blade down firmly until it stops.
• Lock blade by using the safety locking device when not in use.
