USCutter's Graphtec FC9000 30" U-Blast Monument & Sandblast Stencil Cutting Pro Bundle combines a professional Graphtec FC9000-75 cutter with the specialized blade holder, sandblast blades and U-Blast stencil materials needed for demanding monument and sandblast stencil production.
At the center of the bundle is the professional-grade Graphtec FC9000-75. With up to 600 gf of cutting force, a digital servo drive system and a 30" maximum cutting width, the FC9000 provides the power, precision and media handling capabilities needed by monument shops and other businesses cutting thick rubber sandblast stencil.
The Graphtec FC9000-75 is a professional 30" roll-fed cutter engineered for demanding production environments. Its digital servo drive system combines speed, cutting force and precision with the media handling capabilities needed for professional sign, graphics and monument production.
For monument shops, the FC9000-75 offers an important advantage: it can accommodate media up to 36.22" wide while providing a full 30" maximum cutting width. That makes it an excellent match for the three included 30" U-Blast stencil rolls without stepping up to a substantially larger cutter.
Thick rubber sandblast stencil requires a different cutting setup than everyday sign vinyl. That's why this Pro Bundle includes Graphtec's 1.5mm Red Top CB15 Blade Holder along with a 2-pack of CB15U-K30 Supersteel blades.
The 60° CB15U-K30 blade is specifically recommended for sandblast media and other rigid or difficult-to-cut materials. Combined with the FC9000's maximum 600 gf cutting force, this heavy-duty blade system gives monument professionals a purpose-built setup for plotting rubber sandblast stencil.
This bundle includes three different professional U-Blast stencil products so your shop can work with a variety of surfaces and sandblast applications. Each roll is a full 30" wide x 10 yards (30 feet) long.
U-Blast 719Y is a double-liner sandblast stencil intended for polished granite, marble and other smooth stone surfaces. Its clear polyester outer liner and yellow film help hold centers in place when transferring designs, making it an excellent choice for monument and stone applications requiring a double-liner stencil.
U-Blast 720 is a 45mil single-liner stencil designed to withstand strenuous blasting while remaining easy to cut. It is designed to minimize rubber distortion during commercial plotting and provides excellent performance for shape carving on polished granite, marble and other stone surfaces.
U-Blast 723 is a highly flexible 30mil single-liner stencil featuring strong-grip adhesive and excellent impact resistance. Its flexibility makes it useful on both clean and uneven surfaces, with applications including HDU foam board, raw wood, unglazed tile and brick.
This bundle takes the guesswork out of assembling a professional monument stencil cutting system. Instead of purchasing a cutter and then determining which blade holder, blade geometry and stencil materials are appropriate for sandblast production, USCutter has combined the professional Graphtec FC9000-75 with the heavy-duty CB15 cutting system and three types of 30" U-Blast stencil.
With 90 total feet of 30" U-Blast stencil included, shops can work with double-liner and single-liner materials across smooth stone, polished granite, marble and more challenging surfaces while learning which stencil best fits their production workflow.
