General Formulations GF 220AE takes the proven 6.0 mil gloss white semi-rigid construction of GF 220 and adds an Air Egress release liner engineered for faster, easier graphic installation. Integrated air-release channels help trapped air escape during application, reducing bubbles and helping installers achieve a smooth, professional finish with less effort.
GF 220AE combines a bright gloss white printable surface with a clear permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive and 90# Air Egress liner. Its semi-rigid construction provides excellent handling and dimensional stability, making it an excellent choice for efficiently producing and installing decals, signage, POP graphics and other short- to intermediate-term printed graphics.
The key difference between GF 220AE and standard GF 220 is the Air Egress liner. The liner creates air-release channels in the adhesive that allow trapped air to escape as the graphic is applied.
This makes larger printed graphics easier to position and smooth down while helping reduce bubbles during installation. Combined with the easy-to-handle semi-rigid film, GF 220AE is designed to improve overall installation efficiency while delivering a clean, professional finished appearance.
