G2G LumiLink Mini is a flexible 24V LED lighting solution designed for channel letters, illuminated lettering and sign cabinets. Combining the flexibility of a linked LED system with ultra-wide 170° optics, LumiLink Mini helps sign fabricators achieve smooth, even illumination while simplifying installation inside shallow, curved and complex letter shapes.
With 8 LEDs per foot, efficient 2W/ft power consumption and convenient 3" cut intervals, LumiLink Mini provides a versatile alternative to conventional individual LED modules for professional illuminated signage.
The LumiLink Series is engineered around easier, more efficient channel letter and cabinet illumination. LumiLink Mini's flexible linked construction makes it easy to route lighting through curves, corners and irregular letter shapes while its low-profile design helps accommodate shallow sign construction.
At approximately 0.457" thick, LumiLink Mini provides sign fabricators with a compact lighting solution that can be used across a wide range of channel letter depths.
LumiLink Mini uses a 170° viewing angle to distribute light broadly across the sign face. The ultra-wide optical pattern helps individual LEDs blend together for smooth, consistent illumination while reducing visible hot spots and dark areas.
Wide-angle optics are especially valuable in shallow channel letters, where there is less distance between the LED light source and illuminated face for individual light patterns to blend.
LumiLink Mini provides 8 LEDs per foot for consistent illumination throughout channel letters and sign cabinets. This LED density works together with the 170° optics to provide broad light distribution while consuming only 2 watts per foot.
LumiLink Mini can be cut at 3" intervals, allowing fabricators to size each section for individual letters and sign components. The short cut interval provides flexibility when illuminating smaller letters, curves and irregular shapes while helping minimize unused material.
LumiLink Mini operates on 24VDC for integration with compatible professional LED sign power supplies. Its efficient 2W-per-foot power consumption helps provide dependable illumination without excessive electrical demand.
G2G LumiLink Mini is available in multiple white color temperatures and dedicated colors, giving sign fabricators options for different sign faces, brand colors and illumination requirements.
Integrated 3M adhesive tape provides fast, straightforward mounting inside compatible channel letters and sign cabinets. The flexible LumiLink construction can be routed around letter shapes and secured directly to the mounting surface, helping reduce the time required to position and install individual lighting components.
