Create distinctive marquee signs, dimensional lettering and architectural displays with G2G D50 12V Architectural Globe-Style Round LED Lighting. The D50 combines the familiar appearance of a round decorative light bulb with modern, energy-efficient LED technology in a purpose-built architectural lighting system.
A rounded polycarbonate globe installs over the LED base to create the finished decorative bulb appearance, while the electrical wiring remains concealed behind the mounting substrate for a clean, professional installation.
The versatile D50 platform supports both traditional white illumination and dynamic RGB lighting. White configurations are available in 2700K warm white and 5000K white, while RGB models provide colorful architectural and marquee lighting possibilities.
Depending on configuration, D50 is available with standard two-wire white operation, DMX-controlled white or DMX RGB control, allowing the lighting system to be matched to both traditional static displays and more dynamic architectural installations.
The D50's 1.18" diameter lighting assembly and rounded globe provide a more substantial decorative appearance than conventional sign LED modules. This makes the D50 especially well suited for projects where the individual light sources are intended to remain visible as part of the finished design.
Installation requires a 1.2" opening in the mounting panel. The LED base is inserted from behind the substrate and the D50 globe cover is installed from the front, leaving wiring concealed behind the finished surface.
The D50 uses a separate milky-white polycarbonate globe that snaps onto the LED base to create its finished round decorative appearance. D50 globe covers are sold separately and should be ordered as required for the installation.
