High-brightness SMD5050 RGB LEDs produce vivid color while the integrated SM18511 control IC supports addressable lighting installations. When paired with a compatible control system, D30 modules can be incorporated into programmable lighting designs for dynamic color, patterns and visual effects.
The D30 provides the visual character of a small decorative round bulb in a compact LED format. Each module has a 0.47" product diameter and installs through a 0.47" hole in the mounting substrate. Wiring remains concealed behind the substrate, helping create a clean finished appearance where the illuminated globe remains the visual focus.
Each D30 module consumes just 0.72W and operates on 12VDC. Modules are positioned along the product line at approximately 5.9" intervals, providing a flexible platform for outlining letters, creating marquee-style patterns and building custom architectural lighting designs.
The D30 is designed to mount through the sign or display substrate so the wiring remains concealed behind the finished surface. This creates a clean installation with the compact RGB globe visible from the front while wiring and connections remain out of sight.
