Flexfilm Panaflex Black Carbon Ceramic Automotive Window Tint Film
Built on top of Flexfilm's best-selling carbon film, Panaflex is their entry-level ceramic window tint designed to slow down the heat and stop harmful solar energy.
Optimal Heat Insulation — the latest in heat insulation technology utilizes a layer of non-conductive ceramic to slow down the transfer of heat into the vehicle’s interior, creating a more comfortable and cool ride.
Superior IR Rejection — an additional coating of ceramic particle technology combined with nano carbon allows Panaflex to block up to 88% of the infrared radiation (IR) heat from the sun.
Extensive UV Protection — blocks over 99.9% of A and B ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun that can lead to skin cancers and skin damage.
Rich Black — available in a rich black color that will give any vehicle a unique style that is sure to turn heads.

LAYER BREAKDOWN:
Constructed as a traditional 2ply, 1.5mil film, Panaflex contains nano particles of carbon in between two weatherable layers of polyester followed by a non-conductive layer of ceramic found in the hard coat which slows down the heat. All of this is tied together with our superior Carbamate HDâ„¢ adhesive system designed to last longer, bond faster, and dry ultra clear.

WHAT CUTTER SHOULD I USE FOR WINDOW TINT FILM?
Cutting window and PPF patterns requires a precise cutting plotter, with high accuracy and repeatability. Window tint films also produce a high amount of static build up, which can damage cutters which are not equipped to handle it. For those and many other reasons, here are the recommended cutting plotters from USCutter:
WHAT ARE WARRANTY CARDS?
Warranty Cards are an option that can be included with your film at no charge (select before adding to your cart). The warranty card is for you to provide your end customer after a film installation. The end-customer would fill out the warranty claim card should they need to make a warranty claim with Flexfilm during the product's warranty period.
