The DTF Station Vega S17 DTF Printer brings industrial Ricoh printhead technology, automated white-ink maintenance and intelligent media handling to a professional 17" DTF printing platform. This streamlined configuration includes the Vega S17 printer and neoStampa RIP Software – Delta DTF Station Edition, making it ideal for shops that already have their preferred DTF consumables and finishing equipment or plan to build a customized production workflow.
For businesses that want to expand into a more automated production system, the Vega S17 printer can be paired with the matching Vega S17 Glue Station to add automatic powder application, curing, cutting and stacking.
Important: DTF inks, film, adhesive powder, cleaning and storage fluids, and the Vega S17 Glue Station are not included with this configuration and are sold separately.
The Vega S17 uses industrial Ricoh piezoelectric drop-on-demand printheads with stainless-steel faces. Its dual-carriage architecture provides 4 color, 2 white and 2 cleaning channels with print resolution up to 600 x 600 dpi.
DTF Station rates the industrial printheads for a five-year service life, providing a print platform designed around long-term professional production.
The Vega S17 accepts 17" (432 mm) roll film and provides a maximum printable image width of 15.5" (394 mm), giving apparel decorators plenty of usable print area for individual transfers and gang sheet production.
A motorized auto-tension unwinder, edge-driven pinch rollers, media guides and supported film path help keep DTF film stable and flat as it moves through the printer.
The Vega S17 is engineered around DTF Station's Color Prime Chroma water-based pigment ink system. Ink is delivered through sealed, pump-fed cartridges, with dedicated White ink channels supporting professional transfer production for both light and dark garments.
Ink is not included with this Printer & Software Only configuration and must be purchased separately.
White ink is one of the most maintenance-sensitive parts of DTF printing, so the Vega S17 automates several important maintenance processes. White ink circulates automatically every hour, printhead cleaning can run on a schedule, and after six hours of idle time the printheads automatically enter a wet-capped state.
These automated systems help simplify routine printer maintenance and keep the ink system prepared for production.
An integrated tilt touchscreen provides centralized printer control while helping operators stay on top of maintenance. The system tracks maintenance requirements and completion history, displays error information and supports connected diagnostics and software updates.
Included neoStampa RIP Software – Delta DTF Station Edition provides the RIP workflow for preparing artwork and sending production jobs to the Vega S17.
neoStampa features professional color management, calibration tools, image-editing capabilities and print cost calculation tools, with profiles developed for DTF Station printing equipment.

When greater production automation is needed, the Vega S17 can be paired with the matching Vega S17 Glue Station to create an integrated workflow that automatically powders, cures, cuts and stacks transfers after printing.

However, it's the buyers responsibility to determine if they can receive the shipment via lift-gate before purchase.
