Product Overview
The DTF Station Vega S17 DTF Print Production System brings printing, powder application, curing, cutting and stacking together into one compact, automated workflow. Designed for businesses that want professional in-house DTF production without building a conventional production line from multiple standalone machines, the Vega S17 takes your artwork from digital file to finished, press-ready transfer sheets with minimal operator handling.
This production package combines the Vega S17 DTF Printer, matched Vega S17 Glue Station and neoStampa RIP Software – Delta DTF Station Edition to provide the core equipment and software needed for an integrated DTF production workflow.
The Vega S17 is designed around a streamlined production concept: load your film, send the artwork and let the system handle the production workflow. The printer and finishing system work together to automatically print, powder, cure, cut and stack finished DTF transfer sheets.
The Vega S17 uses industrial Ricoh piezoelectric drop-on-demand printheads with stainless-steel faces. Its dual-carriage architecture provides four color channels and two dedicated White channels, delivering up to 600 x 600 dpi resolution on 17" DTF film with a maximum image width of approximately 15.5".
Motorized auto-tension media feeding and edge-driven pinch rollers help keep the film stable and flat throughout the printing process.
White ink is one of the most maintenance-sensitive parts of DTF printing, so the Vega S17 incorporates automated maintenance functions directly into the system. White ink circulates automatically every hour, printhead cleaning can run on schedule, and the heads automatically enter a wet-capped state after extended idle periods.
These automated functions help simplify routine maintenance and keep the ink system prepared for production.
The Vega S17 Glue Station eliminates the conventional process of manually scooping and spreading loose adhesive powder. TPU adhesive powder loads into a sealed cartridge and is automatically metered onto the printed film by a rotating paddle system.
Excess powder is captured inside the enclosed system, helping create a cleaner and more controlled DTF production workflow.
After powder application, transfers move through an enclosed conveyor curing system with four independently controlled heater zones. A PID-controlled system maintains the curing environment at a default temperature of approximately 320°F (160°C), reducing the amount of manual heater adjustment required from the operator.
The enclosed finishing system incorporates three-stage filtration consisting of de-mist, medium, HEPA and activated-carbon filtration. DTF Station specifies the system for operation without external ventilation ducting, helping simplify installation compared with conventional open shaker and curing configurations.
Once cured, transfers are automatically trimmed by an integrated shuttle cutter. Sheet length can be set from approximately 10" to 19.7", and each cut takes approximately 0.8 seconds.
Finished sheets are delivered directly into the integrated stacker, which can hold up to 100 press-ready transfers for unattended output. The stacker can also be removed when a longer continuous run is preferred.
Instead of placing the printer, powdering system and curing equipment in a long horizontal production line, the Vega S17 mounts the print section above the finishing section. This folded media path consolidates the complete production workflow into a footprint approximately 67.1" wide x 31.4" deep.
At only 31.4" deep, the system is also designed to pass through a standard doorway, making it practical for production environments where floor space is at a premium.
This package includes neoStampa RIP Software – Delta DTF Station Edition, providing the RIP software component needed to prepare and send DTF print jobs to the Vega S17.

The Vega S17 is designed for shops that want to increase DTF production without increasing the number of separate machines and manual processes required to produce each transfer. Automated powdering, curing, cutting and stacking allow one operator to send a job and spend more time on garment pressing, order fulfillment and other revenue-producing work while the Vega handles transfer production.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be able to receive a small freight shipment. In most cases, this printer can be delivered via a lift-gate.
