Keep your DTF Station Vega S17 supplied for automated DTF production with this sealed Adhesive Powder Cartridge. Containing 2.4 lb (1.1 kg) of TPU adhesive powder, the cartridge is designed specifically for the Vega S17's automatic powder application system.

Unlike conventional DTF shaker systems that require operators to scoop and handle loose powder, the Vega S17 meters adhesive directly from a sealed cartridge using its integrated rotating-paddle system. Excess powder is captured inside the machine for a cleaner, more automated production workflow.

One Cartridge, One Roll

DTF Station designed the Vega S17's powder consumption around its 17" film workflow. At approximately 50% ink coverage, one 2.4 lb powder cartridge processes approximately one full 328 ft (100 m) roll of DTF film, helping make consumable planning and changeovers more predictable.

Actual powder consumption will vary depending on artwork, ink coverage and production conditions.

Sealed Automatic Powder Delivery

The cartridge installs directly into the Vega S17 finishing system, where TPU adhesive powder is automatically metered onto printed film. The sealed design minimizes manual powder handling while the Vega S17 captures excess powder inside the machine.
