USCutter Auto-open Cap Heat Press
The auto open hat press offers the ideal solution for decorating caps, garments and other products with emblems, patches, DTF prints, HTV and more.
The unique top and bottom heating elements allow for more heat to get to the adhesive at the bottom of the decorative patch, thus minimizing heat marks on the top of the cap or garment.
Not just caps, but also garments made of synthetics that might easily melt and show press marks will benefit from using the dual heat auto-open cap press. Left chest logos on poly or tri-blend garments become easy work when the primary heat source comes from the bottom platen.
The bottom platen has a special soft rubber contoured cover, which further helps minimize press lines. The soft rubber on the bottom platen allows for caps of different contours to easily fit on the press and get even heat.
