ORACAL® 820 Safety Vinyl is a specialty cast PVC film engineered for tamper-evident security applications. Unlike conventional vinyl films that can often be removed and reapplied, ORACAL® 820 is specifically designed to break into small pieces when removal is attempted, making reuse impossible and immediately revealing evidence of tampering.
This unique security feature makes ORACAL® 820 an ideal solution for asset identification labels, warranty seals, compliance markings, inventory tracking labels, serial number decals, and other applications where unauthorized removal must be prevented.
The film's construction creates an adhesive bond stronger than the film's own tear strength. When removal is attempted, the material fractures into small segments rather than lifting cleanly from the surface.
