The Graphtec FCX2000 Series is a professional flatbed cutting platform designed to enable digital die-cutting, packaging prototyping, and short-run production of rigid and flexible materials. By eliminating the need for traditional steel rule dies, print providers, packaging designers, and display manufacturers can dramatically reduce setup time, tooling costs, and outsourcing dependencies.
These high-precision flatbed cutters are widely used for producing folding cartons, retail displays, foam board signage, plastic sheet components, and contour-cut printed graphics where consistent accuracy and repeatability are essential to maintaining production quality.
The FCX2000 features dual tool holders capable of running a cutting blade and creasing or scoring tool simultaneously, improving workflow efficiency by completing structural packaging operations in a single pass. This allows shops to prototype and produce packaging designs faster while reducing handling steps.}
Depending on configuration, the platform supports vacuum suction or electrostatic media hold-down to stabilize rigid substrates and flexible sheets during cutting. The servo-driven motion system delivers cutting speeds up to approximately 400 mm per second and repeatability around 0.1 mm, helping ensure consistent contour accuracy across complex jobs.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be able to receive a freight LTL shipment. Receiving may require and/or not be limited to; lift-gate delivery, loading dock, or available on-site a suitable forklift or reach truck with extended forks and trained operator. Please refer to the site-prep checklist for delivery pathway and power requirements.
