New, smaller Flexi-Model, designed to fulfill the needs of customers not primarily working with wide-formats, and shops with limited floor space. Properties and production result is at the same high level as the existing Rollover Range.
Rollover Flexi represents the latest, flexible addition to the Rollover Range. Comprising all the essential qualities of the extensive line of Classic Flatbed Applicators, these units also offer quick dismantling to facilitate entering of premises having difficult access. These Flexi Models reflect our well-known high level of quality, craftsmanship and durability. Having no overhead gantry above the roller, the access to media and substrates while working is superior.
The Flexi Model arrives fully assembled, but is constructed for convenient & quick dismantling in 3 main sections:
These elements can be individually transported into premises having difficult access. This is done either manually or by using the specially developed transport tool.
Applying digital prints and other self-adhesive applications on rigid panels e.g. correx, foames, dibond, aluminium etc., is just one of the areas where the Rollover reveals its excellent properties in result and operation. Substrates up to 90mm thick can be handled for perfectly flat applications without bubbles or creases.
The great flexibility of the rollover application system is already evident in conventional laminating in which digital prints may be coated with protective laminates. Especially when using formats covering the full working area of the Rollover, these jobs can be done quickly and without bubbles or creases.
