Product Overview
The Roland VersaOBJECT LO-640-F3 is a next-generation UV flatbed printer engineered for high-volume production in sign shops, print providers, and industrial environments. Built to dramatically increase output, this advanced system delivers up to 3X faster print speeds compared to previous models, allowing businesses to scale production, reduce turnaround times, and increase profitability without adding additional equipment.
Designed for both rigid media and object customization, the LO-640-F3 supports printing on materials and items up to 9.53 inches thick, opening the door to high-margin applications such as industrial components, promotional goods, signage, and customized products.
The LO-640-F3 integrates a laser positioning system and onboard touchscreen interface to streamline setup and improve placement accuracy, reducing operator time and material waste. A built-in ionizer minimizes static for cleaner ink laydown, while the newly designed tilted UV lamp enhances curing performance and overall print consistency.
With Distance Mode support for irregular and non-flat surfaces, this UV flatbed printer expands production capabilities beyond traditional flatbed limitations. Shops can confidently print on dimensional objects such as bottles, packaging prototypes, and specialty items, unlocking new revenue streams.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be able to receive a large freight shipment. Customers will need to take delivery of the printer by side-access from the freight truck, utilizing a 4,000lb forklift with 72” extended forks. Doorways and Corridors widths MUST be greater than 71.5” LO-640-F3 and accommodate a turn for 136.2” printer. Tilt Brackets can be used to rotate the bed. With the Tilt Brackets installed, the minimum door opening would be 34” wide (if using tilt brackets, Roland recommends using a licensed and bonded rigging company for the Tilt procedure). It's the buyers responsibility to determine if they can receive the shipment and meet these requirements before purchase. Buyer assumes all responsibility for delivery and delivery costs, additional services, handling fees, equipment rentals, or any additional costs associated with transport of the cargo (to include re-routing, inside delivery, or returns).
