Shipping and Delivery Requirements:

PLEASE NOTE: You must be able to receive a freight shipment. In most cases, this printer can be delivered via a lift-gate. However, it's the buyers responsibility to determine if they can receive the shipment via lift-gate before purchase. If lift-gate is not available, you must have available on-site a suitable forklift or reach truck with extended forks and trained operator in order to unload the cargo. Buyer assumes all responsibility for delivery and delivery costs, additional services, handling fees, equipment rentals, or any additional costs associated with transport of the cargo (to include re-routing, inside delivery, or returns).

When purchasing your printer from USCutter, you will be selecting the required Roland Care Onsite Service (RCOS) package for your TY-300i printer. Upon ordering, you’ll receive communication regarding your shipment, site preparation and the scheduling of your technician.
