General Formulations GF 107 is a 1.5mil opaque white polypropylene mounting film designed for permanently mounting printed graphics to rigid display substrates. This double-coated pressure-sensitive film features high-tack permanent acrylic adhesive on both sides, creating a strong bond between printed images and mounting boards for professional presentation graphics.
The opaque white carrier layer prevents image show-through when mounting onto dark or colored substrates, making GF 107 an excellent choice for mounting prints to display boards used in retail, signage, and exhibition environments.
GF 107 utilizes a permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive on both sides of the film to provide dependable adhesion to a wide range of substrates. This double-sided adhesive system allows graphics printed on thin films or papers to be permanently mounted to rigid materials including Gatorfoam®, Fome-Cor®, Sintra®, rigid PVC, acrylic, painted metal, and smooth plastics.
The product is self-wound with a durable white PE-coated kraft release liner that ensures smooth handling and easy processing through cold laminating equipment.
GF 107 is engineered for cold lamination using pressure-sensitive laminators without the need for heat. This allows print providers and sign shops to quickly mount printed graphics while maintaining smooth, bubble-free adhesion.
The film is designed to laminate thin flexible printed films and papers and provides dependable mounting performance for indoor signage and display graphics. Because the carrier film is opaque white, GF 107 is not recommended for backlit or transparent display applications.
