Gallery Gen2 Series DTF inks are specially formulated to match the high-performance needs of modern thin film piezo printheads used in the latest generation of DTF printers.
Offering a wide color gamut with bold colors, while still maintaining minimal wear and tear of the printhead membrane, Gallery Gen2 series inks are designed to reduce clogging and prolong the lifetime of the DTF printhead.
Other brands may try to tell you that it is industry standard to sell DTF ink by weight - this results in less White ink in bottles than other colors. Gallery fills all bottles by volume so that White ink is at the same level as other colors. The typical result is 11% more White DTF ink than weight-based brands.
Another common approach is to sell White ink at a higher price than other colors. Higher price for White, combined with a lesser amount of ink results a double hit to your profits, White ink is used in DTF much more than other colors.
Gallery Gen1 ink users will be interested to know that Gen2 series inks can be mixed in the printer tanks/lines with existing Gallery DTF inks without harm to existing L805 and 1390 printheads, albeit with some minor output color variations during the transition.
(Other printer models have not yet been tested, but Gallery Gen 2 ink should work in any TFP printhead )
