1. S3 TC75 Vinyl Cutter
The S3 TC75 - DTF features our Performance Cutting Head. It’s equipped with tangential cutting technology, the preferred choice for cutting PET film, as it’s fast and incredibly precise. To protect the inked side of the PET film, it must be cut with the inked side facing the cutting knife, ensuring no contact with the machine and avoiding potential friction. As a result, the cutter must accurately detect white marks on translucent media. To ensure this, the cutting head includes an integrated camera, offering the highest level of accuracy among our mark reading options.
2. Frictionless Roll Feed
To prevent damage during the cutting process, it's essential to minimize friction by avoiding contact between the media and the roll. That’s where our Frictionless Roll Feed comes in. When the roll is wound with the ink facing outward, the feeding system ensures smooth and uninterrupted feeding, effectively eliminating this concern.
3. Roll Up System
To efficiently handle PET film, which remains in roll format after cutting, we developed a custom roll-up system for the S3 TC75 units. This solution is tailored for roll-to-roll workflows, enabling seamless transitions between rolls. Additionally, it supports unattended, overnight cutting when integrated with Summa’s automatic barcode functionality. This ensures continuous efficiency and productivity around the clock.
4. GoSign Pro Pack Software
The GoSign Pro Pack is included in the bundle to unlock the full functionality of the S3 TC75's integrated camera. It allows users to create a personalized camera profile for recognizing registration marks, which comes in handy with the white registration marks on translucent film. Additionally, you can automate your processes by using the automatic barcode functionality.

Our True Tangential cutting technology even handles heavy sandblasts, paint masks, and reflective materials.
Smart Object Sorting and Paneling
The Smart Object Sorting feature is designed to select the most optimal starting point for cutting objects, every single time. In addition, the unique Smart Paneling function improves cutting accuracy and simplifies post-processing. When paneling is, e.g., set to 18in, all objects within this range are cut at once.

Fast and Accurate Cutting with OPOS CAM (S Class 3 TC)

Dual Head Functionality (S Class 3 TC)

G-performance boosts your production speed on the S Class 3 roll cutters by up to 40%, depending on the type of cutting job. Its impact is especially noticeable on a faster reading of the registration marks and when cutting wider substrates. As a result, default jobs are handled much faster than average. G-performance is standard on all S Class 3 cutters and is perfect for users who want to step up their yield and process jobs that can handle higher-than-average speeds.
Ease of use
Discover improved ease of use with a blue, green, orange, and red-lighted status bar. Additionally, swiftly identify adjustable components by their blue color. This is complemented by a strategically placed tool tray at the back for efficient operation.
Larger Media Roll
The media roll on the cutter can now handle a diameter of 7.8in and supports a roll weight of at least 45kg. This improvement is highly beneficial for print and cut applications, including laminated vinyl.
Servo-powered Roll-up System (Optional Add-On)
After finishing a job, the system will roll up the artwork neatly and prepare the machine for the next one. The integrated panelling feature splits long-length runs into shorter consecutive tasks, allowing to cut complete rolls unattended and deliver the output nicely rolled-up.
