The Keencut Replacement Sightline Strip is a clear-plastic replacement strip that helps restore or maintain alignment visibility on your wide-format cutter. Compatible with SteelTrak, Excalibur (all models), Evolution3 (all models), and Flexo Plate Cutter machines.
Over time, the sightline strip on your cutter may fade, get scratched, or degrade, making precise alignment more difficult. This replacement strip (sold as a 5 m / ~18 ft clear plastic strip) can be trimmed to length and installed easily using a self-adhesive backing. Once replaced, the sightline restores the clear “cut line” indicator on the machine, ensuring consistent accuracy and alignment when cutting rigid or semi-rigid substrates, composite panels, signage materials, or other media.
