The GFP 865DH-3R 65" Dual Heat Laminator is a professional wide format finishing system built for print shops, sign shops and graphics producers that need the versatility to laminate, encapsulate and mount a wide range of printed graphics. Independently controlled top and bottom heated rollers provide the temperature control needed for thermal encapsulation while also supporting pressure-sensitive lamination and mounting workflows.
With a 65" laminating width, speeds up to 13 ft/min, temperatures up to 266°F and an included motorized rear rewind, the GFP 865DH-3R is equipped for demanding wide format finishing and roll-to-roll production.
Unlike heat-assist laminators that provide moderate heat primarily to improve adhesive flow, the GFP 865DH features independently controlled top and bottom heated rollers capable of reaching temperatures up to 266°F.
This true dual-heat capability allows the 865DH to handle low-melt thermal encapsulation films while retaining the versatility required for pressure-sensitive laminates and mounting applications.
The GFP 865DH-3R gives professional finishing departments the flexibility to perform multiple processes with one machine.
A variable roller gap of up to 1" accommodates thicker mounting materials, expanding the laminator beyond roll media into rigid graphic finishing applications.
The GFP 865DH-3R includes a motorized rear rewind for roll-to-roll applications. Finished graphics can be collected as they exit the laminator, creating a more efficient workflow for longer production runs and helping operators manage wide format output.
Two front unwind shafts also support roll-to-roll encapsulation workflows, giving production shops additional flexibility when finishing continuous printed media.
GFP designed the 800 Series to reduce time spent loading media and changing between jobs. Front and rear swing-out film shafts make supply rolls easier to access, while 3" aluminum Quick-Grip shafts simplify loading and alignment.
