U-Blast 719Y stencil is designed to be used with flat-bed or friction feed plotters (meaning there are no holes punched in the edges). This product is intended to be used with stone and smooth surfaces, and has a clear polyester liner on the outside along with a yellow film between the rubber and outside liner to hold centers in place when transferring designs.
