The GFP 230C 30" Cold Laminator brings professional pressure-sensitive lamination and mounting capability to shops that don't need a full-size 55" or 63" finishing system. Its compact footprint makes it an excellent match for desktop printer/cutters, decal production, short-run signage and other small-to-medium-format graphics workflows.
With a 30" laminating width, variable speeds up to 11.5 ft/min, silicone main rollers, 3" Quick-Grip supply shaft and direct-drive liner rewind, the GFP 230C provides a major productivity upgrade over applying laminate manually with rollers and squeegees.
The GFP 230C is designed for pressure-sensitive overlaminates, mounting adhesives, pre-mask tapes and other PSA films. Because no heated roller system is required, operation is simple, setup is fast and electrical requirements are minimal.
Powered rollers provide controlled, consistent pressure across the graphic, helping shops achieve more repeatable results while reducing the time and labor required for manual finishing.
A 30" maximum laminating width makes the 230C particularly well suited for businesses producing decals, stickers, signs, posters and graphics on desktop and compact wide format printing equipment.

The GFP 230C uses 2.5" silicone main rollers to apply smooth, consistent pressure across pressure-sensitive graphics. Hand-wheel adjustment provides straightforward control over the roller gap for different materials and mounting applications.
The 230C isn't limited to flexible graphics. Its roller gap opens to a maximum of 1/2", allowing printed graphics and mounting adhesives to be applied to compatible rigid boards and substrates.
This expands the machine beyond overlamination into sign mounting, POP displays, presentation graphics, photo mounting and other rigid graphic applications.
A 3" Quick-Grip supply shaft simplifies loading pressure-sensitive films and helps reduce setup time between jobs. Single-knob tension adjustment gives the operator straightforward control over film feed during production.
An integrated direct-drive liner rewind collects release liner as pressure-sensitive laminate is applied. Keeping the backing liner controlled during production creates a cleaner workspace and makes longer laminating jobs easier to manage.
Note: The liner rewind collects the release liner removed from pressure-sensitive film. It is not a rear output rewind for collecting finished laminated graphics.
The included foot pedal allows operators to control the laminator while keeping both hands available to align, position and guide graphics. This is particularly useful when mounting cut sheets, starting laminate or working with individual printed graphics.

Because the GFP 230C does not require a heated roller, electrical requirements are minimal. The machine operates on standard 110V power at just 0.4 amps and consumes approximately 38 watts, making it easy to integrate into most existing production environments.
