24" GreenStar Stencil Vinyl, Paint Mask for Wooden Signs

GreenStar Stencil Vinyl is formulated for use in most stencil applications, especially for paint and spray techniques on smooth, flat, rigid substrates and surfaces; as well as most wood surfaces. Applications requiring transparency of the mask for registration and substrate visibility. Not to be used for wet applications. GreenStar always recommends that the purchaser should independently determine, prior to product use, the suitability of this material for his/her specific purpose. Surface of use on must be clean and free of dust, grease or any contaminant that could affect the adhesion of the product. Freshly painted surfaces must be fully cured.

GreenStar Stencil Vinyl, is a 3-mil calendered, Semi-transparent PVC film, with a pleasant green satin surface, clear water based, pressure sensitive removable adhesive. Formulated for use in most stencil applications.

Please note: GreenStar Stencil Vinyl has a higher slightly more aggressive tack over Oracal 813. Due to this higher tack it is not recommended to leave the GreenStar Stencil Vinyl left attached overnight.

Recommended USCutter Vinyl Cutter Settings:

• New45� blade
• 50 gf pressure
• 350 mm/sec speed

Always perform a test cut to ensure that your blade height & blade force are set appropriately.
