The GFP 355TH 55" Top Heat Laminator gives sign shops, print providers and graphics producers professional heat-assisted finishing in a practical 55" format. Designed for pressure-sensitive overlamination, mounting and board pre-coating, the 355TH combines top heat with speeds up to 20 ft/min, large 5" rollers and an integrated rear rewind for efficient roll-to-roll production.
Its straightforward controls, rugged construction, Quick-Grip film shafts and included stand and foot pedal make the GFP 355TH an excellent finishing solution for shops that need dependable production capability without the size, cost or complexity of a larger automated laminator.
The GFP 355TH provides top heat up to 122°F to improve the performance of pressure-sensitive overlaminates. Controlled heat at the roller nip helps promote adhesive flow and bonding while reducing the silvering that can occur when laminate adhesive has not fully wet out against the printed surface.
Heat assist is especially valuable when finishing digitally printed graphics where consistent adhesion and a clean finished appearance are important.
A 55" maximum laminating width provides plenty of capacity for common sign, display, vehicle graphic and commercial print applications while keeping the overall machine footprint manageable.
For shops primarily producing graphics on 54" and narrower media, the 355TH offers a practical alternative to stepping up to a larger 63" laminator.

Hand-wheel pressure adjustment gives operators straightforward control over roller pressure and gap for different films, prints and mounting applications.
The 355TH does more than roll-to-roll lamination. A maximum 1" roller gap allows printed graphics to be applied to compatible rigid boards and substrates for signs, displays, photographs and presentation graphics.
This mounting capability allows one finishing machine to handle pressure-sensitive overlamination, board pre-coating and graphic mounting applications.
GFP's 3" aluminum Quick-Grip film shafts are designed to simplify roll loading and alignment. Integrated width measurements help operators position laminate accurately during setup while reducing unnecessary changeover time between jobs.
A convenient swing-up feed table provides easy access to the roller area when loading and webbing the laminator. Once the machine is ready to run, the table provides a stable working surface for feeding graphics into the roller nip.

For shops primarily finishing 54" and narrower graphics, the 355TH provides the core functionality of the 300 Series in a smaller and more economical package. Shops regularly processing 60" media should consider the wider GFP 363TH.
The GFP 355TH operates on 120V, 12A electrical service with approximately 1,440 watts of power consumption, making it straightforward to integrate into many existing sign and print production environments.
