GALLERY DTF INKS - Direct To Film
Gallery DTF inks are made in the USA to strict quality standards and provide bold, accurate colors on a consistent basis. Ink particle size and viscosity has been calibrated for printhead clog resistance and maximum hold on Gallery Cold Peel and Hot Peel films. Gallery ink chemistry is designed to bond effectively with Gallery low migration powder for maximum wash lifetime and excellent stretch characteristics.
Our inks are designed to be stored and used at a comfortable room temperature and 35% humidity (just store away from UV light). Properly stored CMYK inks have a shelf life of 9-12 months. White ink has a shelf life of 6-9 months.
Gallery inks come in tall bottle 250ml and 500ml sizes for easy pouring into ink tanks.
Users should be aware that mixing different brands of ink can clog/harm your printhead if the different chemistries cause ink particles to bond and become too large for the nozzles. Similarly, viscosity or ionization differences can cause unwanted particle mixing. Gallery printer warranties may become invalid if foreign inks shown to damage the printhead are used - you should always use high quality Gallery inks in your Gallery printer.
