DuoFlex solves these common heat transfer problems:

• Misaligned registration of colors on two-layer shirts
• Bleeding of base color through top color
• Extra cost of cutting and weeding two colors of film
• Extra time of cutting and weeding two colors of film
• Discoloration of fabric by having to heat and press multiple layers

Adheres to:

• Cotton, polyester, acrylic & similar fibres

Application:

• Cut material in reverse with 60° blade.
• Weed excess material.
• Heat press the transfer on the garment with its polyester carrier protected by a silicone paper at 165° C (USA: 320°F) – 20 seconds – low pressure.
• PEEL COLD.
• Note: Application at lower temperature for longer time period creates more pronounced layers and a thicker look.
