The GS-24 CAMM 1 Series Vinyl Cutter is Roland’s latest model in desktop vinyl cutting. Overlap Cutting

The new feature of overlap cutting gives the ability to recut thick material up to 10 times for a thorough and complete cut. This allows you to create perfect results with thick and dense materials such as magnetics or card stock. Half or perforated cutting also adds to the vast capabilities of services you will be able to provide with the GS-24.

The Roland GS-24 is a professional cutting tool for vinyl signs, wall art, apparel decoration, vehicle graphics, window tinting, labels, stencils, pinstriping applications and much more. Cut a variety of materials including paint mask, window film, twill, heat transfers and sandblast.

Easy Operation

The new LCD Control Panel of the GS-24 places frequently used settings such as blade force, cutting speed and origin point at your fingertips. It stores cutting conditions for up to eight pre-set jobs, including cutting speed, blade offset, blade force, tool movement speed during tool-up and cutting mode.

Cutting Printed Graphics

The GS-24 includes an optical registration system that automatically recognizes printer crop marks to create a powerful and cost-effective print and cut solution. Use your existing printer to create professional graphics and the GS-24 cutter to contour cut decals, labels, vehicle wraps and even heat transfers for garments.

Heat Applied Digital Cut Graphics

Speed Precision

The Roland GS vinyl cutter uses digital servo motors to achieve maximum accuracy and cutting speeds up to 20 inches per second. Front & Rear Media Loading

With front and rear loading, you can feed media backward for a specified page distance, then cut and feed the media forward.

CutStudio Software

GS-24 vinyl cutters include Roland CutStudio design software. CutStudio lets designers quickly and easily enlarge, reduce, re-position, rotate and mirror images. BMP, JPG, STX, AI, and EPS file formats are all supported.The GS series works with all professional sign making software. Plugins for Adobe Illustrator (Mac and PC) and Corel Draw (PC) are also included.
